Choose an item, change a life. Give back. Light the World with Love.

The Givings Machines are returning; this time, there will be three locations in Oahu. Beginning November 18 – December 31, 2023, The Giving machines will be located at Pearlridge Center, Windward Mall and the Polynesian Cultural Center.

We will be featuring five local non-profits and three global non-profits. A few of these non-profits will be focused on relief efforts in Maui. Help to light the world and give by donating to the giving machines.

The Giving machines work just like a vending machine and 100% of your donations go directly to a non-profit. Our honorary co-chairs for the Light the World Giving Machines campaign are Governor Josh Green and his wife and first lady, Jaime Green. This will be their third year as co-chairs and we are grateful for their time and support.

Light The World is an invitation to transform Christmas into a season of service. It’s a worldwide movement to touch hearts and change lives by doing the things Jesus did: feeding the hungry, comforting the lonely, visiting the sick and afflicted, and showing kindness to everyone. Jesus said, “Ye are the light of the world” (Matthew 5:14). Light The World is the perfect way to let our light—and His light—shine brightly. We invite you to follow along on this journey of giving this Christmas season!

A project of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, the Giving Machine provides you with an opportunity to make a charitable donation to support your local community. For more information or questions please email
